Medicines for Europe Events

In accordance with our privacy policy and the EU GDPR regulation, your data will be processed and sent to the event organisers for registration at the selected event.

As specified in the registration form, your data will be used to send information related to that event as well as future events. Some of your data may be made available to the other event participants as specified in the registration form.

Apart from navigation data, the user has the option to communicate – or not – his/her personal details requested in the registration form. However if these are not communicated, registering at our events may not be possible.

Data are accessed solely by technical personnel of the processing office responsible (e.g. Internet Area) and/or by outsourcers who may carry out occasional or periodic operations (e.g. organisation, registrations, database maintenance etc.).

The processing owner of your data is Medicines for Europe AISBL – Rue d’Arlon 50 – B-1000 Brussels which allows access to it by its employees and consultants.

We reserve the right to use cookies in the website but you may disable these in your terminal to connect to the Internet.

If you wish to modify/cancel your data please send an e-mail to events@medicinesforeurope.com indicating the event for which you have provided your data.

Please note we can only remove your data from the database used for the marketing of Medicines for Europe’s future events.

Your data will not be sold/made available to third parties in any circumstances, apart from those mentioned above.
